05How to ask an AI tool properlyGiving the tool the details, an example and the checks it needs, instead of a one line question.
06Different AI tools and what each is forChat, search, tools that work on your own documents, and image and voice tools, tried on the same question.
07What to do yourselfWhich tasks to hand to a tool and which to keep, who is responsible when a tool is wrong, and the scams and deepfakes aimed at teenagers.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this just more screen time?

The class is 45 minutes, live, with a teacher. Most of the time is spent talking, testing and writing in a notebook. An AI tool is opened for a few minutes for the experiment and then closed.

Will my child learn to copy answers from AI?

No. Most of the course is about finding where AI tools are wrong. We do not use AI for homework or exam papers in this class.

Is it safe? Which tools are used?

Your child uses a few well known tools suitable for their age, in class, with the teacher watching. No student signs up for a tool alone, and no personal details are typed into any tool. One class covers scams, deepfakes and what never to share.

What does my child actually learn?

How an AI tool learns and answers, why it is often wrong and how to check it, how to give it clear instructions, and which decisions to make themselves.
