How fees are paid

Fees are per class. You pay for the month's classes in advance, by a payment link sent on WhatsApp after the demo class.

Nothing is paid on this website. We do not keep your card details, and nothing renews automatically. Every month you receive a payment link and decide whether to pay it.

There is no registration fee, no material fee, no exam fee and no annual charge. The fee shown on the programme page is the only fee.

The fees

Classes are charged per class, by the class your child is in. The same fee applies to classes in school subjects, Arts, English Speaking and Abacus, whether the class is one to one or in a group.

Classes 3 to 5. ₹250 a class.

Classes 6 to 9. ₹300 a class.

Class 10. ₹500 a class.

Classes 11 and 12. ₹650 a class.

AI and Machine Learning. ₹650 a class, for Classes 6 to 12.

Phonics. ₹250 a class, for Classes 3 to 5.

The monthly fee is the fee per class multiplied by the number of classes in your plan: 8, 12 or 20 a month. The fee is shown on every class page and every skill course page.

Paying three months together

If you pay for three months of classes together, in one payment, you get 5 percent off. There is no yearly plan.

If you pay for three months together and stop before they are over, we refund the classes not yet taught, and the 5 percent discount is removed from the classes your child did take.

Missed classes

Group classes are not repeated. If your child misses a group class, you get the recording and the material for that class.

One to one students get one make up class a month. Tell us before the class if you can. An unused make up class does not carry over to the next month.

If we cancel a class, we reschedule it or add it to the following month at no charge. You never lose a class that we cancel.

Stopping and refunds

Before the month's classes start. Tell us before the month begins and you pay nothing for that month. If you have already paid, we refund it in full.

After the month's classes start. If you stop in the middle of a paid month, we refund every class not yet taught at the per class fee you paid. Classes already taught are not refunded.

If we stop. If we end the classes because we do not think they are helping your child, or because your child needs a specialist we cannot provide, we refund the classes not yet taught in the same way.

How refunds are paid. Refunds go to the same account or payment method you paid from, within seven working days of agreeing the amount with you.

Late payment

A month's classes begin once they have been paid for. If the payment has not reached us by the day classes start, we message you and hold your child's place for a few days. After that, the place may go to another student. We do not charge a late fee.

Changing class, format or plan

You may change the class, the class format or the plan from the start of any month by telling us before that month begins. If we suggest a change in the middle of a month, we tell you the adjusted fee before anything is charged.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@learningarc.in. Tell us what you paid and what you want. We reply within one working day.
