Terms

Terms

These are the terms for using this website and for taking classes with us. If you think a term here is unfair, write to hello@learningarc.in and we will explain it or change it.

Last updated 16 September 2026.

Who you are contracting with

The Learning ARC is run by Burraq Quantum LLP. In these terms, "we" means Burraq Quantum LLP and "you" means the parent or guardian who sends an enquiry or enrols a child.

The agreement is with you, the adult. A child is not a party to it and cannot agree to anything here.

What we provide

We provide live online classes for students of Classes 3 to 12, homeschooling students and neurodivergent learners: classes in school subjects for Classes 3 to 12, for CBSE, ICSE and state boards, and skill courses in AI and Machine Learning, Arts, English Speaking, Phonics and Abacus. Classes are taught in English. Group classes have at most 4 students. One to one classes have one student. Each class is 45 minutes.

Before classes in school subjects, your child takes a free aptitude test, you attend a free 45 minute counselling session, and your child attends a free 30 minute demo class. Before a skill course, your child attends the free demo class. We do not place a student in a class without the demo class.

What we do not provide

We do not diagnose learning difficulties, and we do not provide medical, psychological or therapy services. The counselling session is a conversation about your child's studies and the kind of support that would help. It is not a clinical assessment, and nothing we say is a diagnosis. If we think your child should see a specialist, we tell you, and that is all we can do.

We do not promise marks, grades or exam results. Nothing on this website should be read as such a promise.

Enrolling

You send an enquiry using the form on this website or on WhatsApp. We contact you on WhatsApp within one working day to arrange the aptitude test and the counselling session.

After the counselling session, we recommend a class format and a plan of 8, 12 or 20 classes a month, and your child attends a 30 minute demo class. If you go ahead, we fix the class timings with you, place your child with a teacher or in a group, and send a payment link for the first month's classes.

Fees are per class and depend on the class your child is in. You pay for the month's classes in advance. Your child's place is confirmed when that month's classes have been paid for. Fees, late payment and stopping are explained on the refund and fees page, which is part of these terms.

Class timings, groups and teachers

Class timings are fixed with you after the counselling session. We do not publish a timetable in advance.

We may need to change a group, a teacher or a class timing. If we do, we tell you before the change and explain why.

If you are not happy with the teacher, tell us and we will change the teacher. You do not have to give a reason.

What we ask of you

Your child should join every class on time, with the textbook and notebook ready. The device and internet connection at your end should work. Homework should be sent to us as your child did it, without corrections. Everyone in your household should treat our teachers with courtesy, as our teachers are required to treat your child.

If a child or an adult in the household is abusive to a teacher or to another student in the group, we may end classes without refunding the remaining classes of that month.

Recordings and material

Classes may be recorded. Recordings are shared only with the families of the students in that group.

You may not publish, share, sell or post a recording anywhere, or share it with anyone outside your family. The same applies to worksheets, practice material, assessments, plans and reports. These remain our property and are given to you for your own child's use.

You may keep and use everything we send for your own child, including after the classes end.

Your child's privacy

What we collect and why is explained on the privacy page, which is part of these terms. In short, we ask for your child's first name only when you sign up for the aptitude test, we use it in the report and in the counselling session, and we delete it with your account. We do not ask for your child's school, photograph or date of birth, we do not track visitors, and we do not sell or share anything you give us.

Using this website

You may read and print anything on this website for your own use. You may not copy the text of this website for another business.

We do not promise that the website will always be available or that every word on it is free of error. We correct mistakes when they are pointed out to us.

Stopping classes

You may stop at the end of any month by telling us before the next month begins. There is no lock in and no notice period beyond that. The refund rules are on the refund and fees page.

We may stop teaching a student if we believe the classes are not helping, if the student needs a specialist we cannot provide, or if the conduct rule above applies. If we stop, we refund as set out on the refund and fees page.

If something goes wrong

Write to hello@learningarc.in. We reply within one working day.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. If a change affects families who are already taking classes with us, we write to them.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
