Who this programme is for
- Your child knows the letters but cannot read a new word without help
- Your child guesses words from the first letter or the picture
- Your child reads slowly, one word at a time, and spelling is weak
Who this programme is not for
- Students above Class 5. For weak reading in Classes 6 to 12, tell the counsellor and the teacher starts with reading.

In the classes
What the classes cover
30 minute demo class first, then 8, 12 or 20 classes a month, one to one or a group of up to 4.. Class times are fixed after the demo class.

What is included

- Reading practice in every class with words and short books at your child's level

What your child needs at home
A laptop or tablet with internet, a working camera and microphone, a notebook and a pencil. The teacher sends the word lists and reading sheets.

Frequently asked questions
My child is in Class 4. Is phonics not for younger children?
Phonics is usually taught in the early classes. A student in Classes 3 to 5 who missed it can still learn it. The teacher starts from the sounds your child does not know.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many sounds your child already knows. The weekly update tells you what your child can read now that they could not before.
Is it one to one or a group?
Either. Tell us on the contact page and we suggest one after the demo class.
Is there reading to do at home?
Yes, about 10 minutes after every class, with the sheet the teacher sends.
