Special Needs Learning Programme
One to one online learning for children with special needs
For children with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia or any other learning difficulty. Also for children who are not coping in school and do not have a diagnosis yet. Classes 3 to 12. One to one classes, a counsellor, and a learning plan made for your child. It can replace school, or run along with school.

Who this is for
Your child
- Has ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, slow processing, anxiety, or more than one of these.
- Or has no diagnosis yet, but is not coping in school.
- Is in Class 3 to 12.
- Will study at home with us, or with us along with school.
What we do
- We teach one to one, following a plan written for your child.
- A counsellor makes the plan and stays involved.
- We do not diagnose. Your doctor, psychologist or therapist continues as before.
- We do not promise to cure anything. We promise a plan that suits your child, and honest updates on progress.
How it works
Five steps
You pay nothing until step four. You can stop at any step.
01A call with the counsellor
About 30 minutes, on the phone or on a video call. You tell us what is happening at school, what you have tried, and what you want for your child. If you have a diagnosis report, tell us what it says.
02The learning profile
You fill a short questionnaire at home. Then the counsellor works with your child on a video call for about 30 minutes and notes what helps your child. This can be split over two days.
03The subject check
A short test with no time limit. Questions can be read aloud. It is done in short sittings. It shows the chapter where your child needs to start in each subject.
04The learning plan
A written plan for the year. What we will teach in each subject, how we will teach it, who the teachers are, and the exam route. We review it every 12 weeks.
05The timetable
We fix the timetable with you. Session length, breaks, and the time of day that suits your child. Then classes start.
The programme
What the programme includes
One to one classes with the same teacher every time. The teacher reads your child’s plan before the first class. Sessions are 20, 30 or 45 minutes, depending on what your child can manage, with breaks. After every class you get a short note. Every month the counsellor goes through progress with you.
- All school subjects, or the subjects you choose
- Help with the exam route: NIOS, a school, or IGCSE as a private candidate
- A monthly fee, fixed after the counsellor session
Your child’s information
What we ask for
- Your child’s first name, class and board.
- Your answers in the learning profile questionnaire.
- The counsellor’s notes from the session.
- What the diagnosis report says, if there is one. We will ask to see the report on the call. Please do not send it on WhatsApp.
Who can see it
- Only the counsellor and your child’s teachers.
- It is stored on our own server.
- You can see everything from your account.
- If you ask, we delete it within seven days.
What is the Special Needs Learning Programme?
It is our programme for children with special needs, such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia or another learning difficulty. A counsellor first understands how your child learns. Then we make a learning plan for your child and teach one to one. It can replace school, or run along with school.
Do we need a diagnosis to join the programme?
No. Many parents come to us without a report. We start with what you see at home. If you have a report, the counsellor will go through it with you. We do not diagnose. If we think an assessment will help, we will tell you.
Is the programme a therapy?
No. We teach. Your child’s therapy, medicine and doctor continue as before. We plan the classes around them.
What is the learning profile?
It has four parts. A questionnaire you fill about your child. A session where the counsellor works with your child on a video call. A subject check that shows where your child needs to start in each subject. And a note of what your child is good at and likes. We make the learning plan from these four parts.
What does the programme cost?
A monthly fee. We fix it after the counsellor session, because it depends on how many sessions a week your child needs. The first call, the questionnaire and the counsellor session are free. You pay nothing until you have seen the plan.
Can a child study at home instead of going to school?
Yes. For the Class 10 and 12 exams, most homeschooled children give the NIOS exams. NIOS is the open schooling board of the Government of India. Some children stay enrolled in a school and go there only for the exams. Some give the IGCSE exams as private candidates. You choose the exam route. We teach that syllabus.
